Manufacturing Procedure:
① Pretreatment: Mixed the Phase B, stir to dissolve and set aside. 1. Mix phase A, stir and heat to 80℃, homogenize quickly for 5min to even, hold for 20 minutes; Stir well and cooling； 2. Add phase C and phase B ingredients one by one at 50℃ and stir wel and cooling；
3. Discharged at 45℃.
