1. Manufacturing Procedure:
① Pretreatment: Weigh the ingredients of phase B one by one into a bowl, heat and stir until dissolved for stand-by; Weigh the ingredients of phase C one by one into a bowl, stir until dissolved for stand-by;
② Weigh the ingredients of phase A, heat to 80℃, then then homogenize rapidly for 5min to even;
③ Add phase B and phase C to phase A in turn, stir well and keep warm for 20 minutes.
④ Cool it to below 50℃,add the ingredients of phase C1 successively, stir well until completely dissolved, that can be ready.
